Need to understand Sesam's capabilities with respect to handling real time Events from IOT devices and Integrations for sending data in Request and response pattern.

It is a bit difficult to answer this question generally. Sesam is was developed to support data state transfer. It wasn't originally designed for real time event handling, but one can clearly do that as well unless the volume is too high. For that you could have pipes that use the JSON source and sinks, or REST source/transform and sinks.
