It would be nice to be able to use zip file with same structure as the exported zip-file. Since we have the sesam-py tool this is not very important, but it would be a nice improvement of the tool :)

  Yes, for symmetry this would be an OK feature to add, but we're not able to prioritize it in the short term as there are more important features to work on.
