Setting Toggle Replicas to default on

In multibox setup we most often use the graph view to check the replica pipes. As the toggle replicas is off, we have to set it on every time. It would be more useful for us to always have it on or remember the last setting.

  We're actively working on removing the end users' need to look at replica pipes. We'd rather prioritise feature requests on features that lets us work towards that goal.
