Set "Update last seen" to a datetime value

It would be very useful to be able to set a datetime-value when setting the "Update last seen" operation on a dataset source. It happens quite frequently that we need to send all since a given timestamp.

We now must do this manually by searching for the offset nearest a given timestamp to update all entities since a given timedate, which is both time-consuming and error-prone.

  We're working on extending the dataset viewer with a feature that lets you search by modification time (_ts). That would make it easier to find the right dataset offset. This particular feature will not be prioritized until we see if this new feature helps or not.
