Remember state of collapsed DTL blocks

or at least collapse embedded test data block...

 

It's pretty annoying when collapsed block become "un-collapsed" again after save or code format action or page reload when size of embedded data is several thousand of lines, it would be very useful to remember state of collapsed blocks
