Adding a new form field in the Sesam pipes notification rule called "emergency level", or something similar, this to use with connectors that uses notifications to connect with different statuspages, and difference between level of pipe failure importance.

  Being able to add custom metadata to a notification rule is a good idea. All rules currently have a name and a description field. Maybe you can encode such metadata on one of those fields for now? We are consider adding a separate metadata JSON object for exactly this purpose in the future.
