Pipe notifications overview

Sesam should show an overview/list of notifications configured on pipes.

Currently we have to go into each and every pipe to see if it's configured with notifications.

This can be quite painful when we need to check 100+ pipes.

Also, customers now pay for this service so it's important have this information easily accessible.

  We are current working on implementing this. There will be a separate "Notifications" tab on the "Subscription" page.
