Support custom acl for microservice proxy endpoint

We currently support custom ACL for pipes on Nodes locked down from the internet. I would like to be able to expose a proxy endpoint on a microservice the same way.

This specific use case is to enable push from a Slack app. The microservice serves as a proxy to verify and make the payload compliant with sesam push protocol. (It's form encoded from Slack).

  We are considering adding support for incoming and outgoing converters. This would let you plug-in converters to convert to and from a non-Sesam format on the way into a pipe and on the way out.
