Add metadata/description when hovering over global pipes

Would like a feature so that you'll get metadata/description info of what a global contains when hovering over that global. Both in overview of pipes and when using graph.
I.e. "Global-individual" -> "Contains metadata about persons and animals"
The tag property under "metadata" or a new property called "description" could be used to generate this UI view.

Official comment
We have recently added support the "description" property on pipes and systems. If you add this property an icon with a tooltip will show up in the pipes/system list in the UI. We'll consider if we'll add this in other places in the UI as well, e.g. in the graph view.
