Prioritization and labels

In an effort to be transparent about feature requests we need to explain labeling. 

• Planned is things we intend on adding and expect to be in the product within two months.
• No label is things that might be nice to have but is not planned or being worked on.
• Rejected is ideas that we know we will not add to the product.
• Completed are requests that now are in the product. 

Note that priorities change and planned changes can be shelved again.
