Testdata as external files

To avoid having testdata as part of the Sesam config it would be nice if the Sesam CLI tool could support having testdata as external JSON-files in a folder similar to the expected output. On startup it could rewrite the input pipes with http_endpoint source and push the testdata into the dataset.

This would avoid having testdata as part of the production config, and reduces the boilerplate needed in the config.

  This has been implemented in the sesam-py tool.

  This also cleans up the VCS history for the actual config.
