DTL Config - Resizable window frames of Preview panes

- Make it possible to drag the window divider between input and output in the Preview area (horizontal divider)
- Make it possible to drag the vertical window divider between the config and the preview panes
- Make it possible to toggle the preview size on and off to take all available space
- Make it possible to toggle the input data on or off (so that only the Config and preview output is visible)

Noted. We will try to make some improvements to the config editor to see if we can make better use of the screen real estate.
