DTL Config - Buttons to increase / decrease text size of DTL code

Would be nice to be able to increase/decrease DTL code text size without affecting the size of the graphical elements around the code area (buttons, headers, tabs.

  Noted. We will try to make some improvements to the config editor to see if we can make better use of the screen real estate.
