Custom hosts configuration for systems

I'd like to have the option in the management studio or on system configs, like with microservice systems `docker.hosts` option to specify the IP to go to for a hostname. 

Reasons for wanting this is cases where not all DNS replies are available through our VPN or to specify which SQL server you wish to query where hostname is only available option.

  We already have support for this in the backend, but it works on the subscription level. It should definitely be made available in the UI as well.
  
  It is not possible to support this on the system level – use environment variables instead if you need some kind of indirection.
