Sesam-py triggering of circuit breakers should also give you a sesam-py option of comiting or rolling back.

If you can trip a circuit breaker via sesam-py it would be natural to be able to handle it via sesam-py.

  Sesam-py wasn't developed to do things that you can do with the service API, but it was rather implemented to let you develop Sesam configuration TDD style.
